I’ve only ever been tempted to steal a pillow one other time but I am going to probably call soon to find out what they were! I struggle with hotel pillows and getting headaches from them(if I’m not flying I bring my own), but these were fantastic!”

“We were very pleased with our room The only complaint we have is that this particular hotel did not have a Bellman luggage cart. They have airport luggage carts and they are not suited for hotel guests. If you are coming in to town for a wedding, funeral or special event you need a luggage cart with an appropriate garment bag hook and something bigger than an airport luggage rack. Please correct this. Only complaint we had but it really made entering and exiting the hotel difficult.”

“Room was sparkly clean with perfect temps set. Fridge was nice and cold for my travel snacks and drinks. Front desk, kitchen staff and room cleaners were super polite and helpful. And a great price.”

“My room was not clean when I arrived. There were crumbs on the floor between the bed and the window. Additionally, the base on the floor lamp was coated in dust. When my room was cleaned on Day 2, the cleaning didn't make sense. The toilet seat was up indicating the toilet had been cleaned. However, the towels had not been removed, the bed was not made, and the garbage had not been made.”

“Stay here from time to time when visiting my USC student. Convenient location, on site parking, love having a drink downstairs at the bar and breakfast is good. Rooms are nice and clean. Outside traffic noise can be loud, but it’s the city. We always travel with a fan to drown out noise.”
